Blood pressure (92/56 mmHg) / body weight (125.2lb) / urinalysis / height of fundal (31cm)
结果：各项指标正常。

孕中后期B超检查、腹围、及宫高正常值表

Google了一下孕期正常的宫高范围，发现尧妈31周的宫高其实还是很正常的，haha！宝宝最近动得也很欢，一天24小时几乎不怎么休息。嗯，尧尧啊，这锻炼归锻炼，还是要注意劳逸结合的哦~

第八次孕检

时间：孕31周+4天
内容：Baby’s heartbeat (with a Doppler): 135 bpm
blood pressure (102/60 mmHg) / body weight (123.4lb) / urinalysis / height of fundal (29cm) / baby’s position (head down)
结果：各项指标正常，但OB说胎儿有些偏小（based on fundal height），约7月22号第二次B超。

一般来讲，宫高值应等于相应孕周数，正负偏差在2 cm之内。但此法估测胎儿大小并不绝对，也与妈妈的人种、体形、和孕前体重等有关。
Anyway，看来还是尧妈表现不太好，吃得太少，直接影响了我们尧尧的体形。 从今天开始，一定要克服万难、努力进食。唉，这胃口不好，使劲吃饭也是一件苦差事啊~

blood pressure (100/60 mmHg) / body weight (123.5lb) / urinalysis / height of fundal (28cm) / baby’s position (head down)
结果：各项指标正常

第六次孕检

时间：孕27周+3天
内容：Baby’s heartbeat (with a Doppler): 160 bpm
blood pressure (98/56 mmHg) / body weight / urinalysis / height of fundal (26cm) / 1-h glucose tolerance test (104)
结果：各项指标正常

PS：从今天开始，例行检查由每4周一次改为每2周一次。尧尧和尧妈昂首阔步挺进了第三个trimester。
